Approval is a starting point

Regulatory approval establishes a product milestone. It does not, on its own, resolve payer coverage, institutional listing or site preparation. A launch plan should identify which access decisions remain open and what evidence each decision needs.

Give assumptions an owner

For each priority account, document the listing pathway, request requirements, coding context, evidence gaps and field escalation route. Assign owners before launch. The goal is a usable operating plan that can be checked against what actually happens.

Measure from the beginning

Agree how the team will measure access, including the definition of a first request, the treatment of resubmissions and the distinction between authorization and dispensing. Baseline measurement makes an emerging barrier easier to recognize.
